Happy Winter Solstice and beyond! It has been a very busy season closing out 2017. I was privileged to partake in the Jackson Hole Art Association’s Annual Holiday Sale, along side many other wonderful local artists. These two paintings were created for the event, showcasing landscapes of the Gros Ventre River at sunrise, and the Tetons at Dusk.
I have also been teaching a variety of community art classes, including a fun seasonal-themed art lesson to ESL parents through the Teton Literacy Center.
Lastly, my new body of work, Water & Sky, has one painting completed and another just begun. Below is the completed Hoback River Braid. The transparency of the layers are not done justice by these photographs, and I hope to do some professional high-res photos in the new year.

More to come in 2018! I’ve got a commission to focus on in the early part of the year, and many inspiring road trips coming up that will surely inspire more paintings.
